Very nice pedestrian bridge. It is very nice to walk on and take the spiral staircase up a few levels to look out on the canal and part of the city.
It is the first bridge in Taiwan that will rotate. There are many people when rotating, with music and sunshine. The winter in southern Taiwan is not so cold.
