Derb Ghallef
Part of the larger Maârif area, Derb Ghallef is a busy commercial zone known for its namesake flea market, where shoppers bargain for laptops, cellphones, cameras, and other consumer electronics. A quieter attraction is the century-old Horticulture Garden, or Hermitage Park, with tall palms, flower beds, and walking trails. The smaller Plateau Park City is the district’s other green space.
