Police are investigating a possible shot fired in the 700 block of North Dixon.

Dispatched as a 21-year-old overdosing on heroin at the Village Pantry at Boulevard and Goyer. 12:20 a.m.

Dispatched as a child walking around approximately 6 years old in the area of Council Ring and Miami. Sounds like the same as last night. 1212 a.m. Child has showed up at the gas station on Center road. An adult is watching over the child until law enforcement arrives.

There is localized flooding on roadways and along the sides of the road as water tries to drain off. It's raining pretty heavily here in Kokomo right now. Exercise caution if you're out driving. Hopefully you read this before you started driving.
